We’re building a fun, chat-based party game where you talk to AI agents and try to keep them alive. It’s designed to be super simple to play, emotionally engaging, and shareable. Every round is its own story, making it easy to go viral within Base’s growing ecosystem of mini apps and onchain games.

👥 Target Audience

We’re starting with Base mini app users who already love playful, social experiences. Long term, we want Survivor.fun to become a go to game for casual fun in social settings. We’re hoping it even becomes a fun way to bring friends onchain.

⚔️ Competitive Differentiation

We compete with other viral mini apps and casual onchain games. What makes us different is that, we blend conversation, humor, and consequence in to the gameplay. Every message you send can literally burn or save your agent.

🚀 Distribution Strategy

We’ve been exploring IRL activations and custom levels at conferences like Korea Blockchain Week and ETH India. These have proven great for onboarding and content. Our next push is seasonal editions like the Halloween round, Christmas etc, that make the game spread organically. The flexible game design lets us adapt to trends, memes, and communities seamlessly.
